Shipping and refund policy
SHIPPING INFORMATION
DOMESTIC
Upon purchase, items will be shipped after 2-3 business days. All orders within Australia are sent via REGULAR POST and will incur a $10.95 flat rate shipping fee (bulky items or orders over 5kg will incur a higher charge). A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been placed and a follow up email with a tracking number will be sent once your items have been shipped.
Once sent, the parcel is the responsibility of Australia Post or Sendle and Chloe Layla + Co will not be held responsible for any damage, postage delays or incorrect address information given by the customer. Regular shipping delivery times are 5-9 business days. Express shipping is available at $16.00 express shipping delivery time frames are 2-5 business days within Australia.
We also offer local pickup by appointment in Glenelg- please leave a message on checkout if this is the method you prefer.
INTERNATIONAL
For international orders, shipping costs vary and can be viewed upon checkout. Additional postage costs can occur dependant on country and weight of items. If this is the case - an invoice will be sent after order is placed. Delivery times depend on the country the items are being sent to. Once sent, the parcel is the responsibility of the carrier and Chloe Layla & Co will not be held responsible for any damage, postage delays or incorrect address information given by the customer. We do not accept responsibility for any duty tax or other import cost on international orders. It is a legal requirement for Chloe Layla & Co to declare the correct value of the order on customs declarations for international orders and will under no circumstances falsify any information.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Chloe Layla & Co are unable to accept returns or refunds on items for change of mind. We allow exchanges in the event sizing is incorrect, however the customer is responsible for covering all associated shipping costs to facilitate the exchange. Item/s must be returned to us within 7 business days of receiving them. Please email us at admin@chloelayla.com.au before returning your item/s so we can check our stock availability. In the event of the required size being sold out, we will be unable to complete the exchange. If an exchange is offered, items must be returned in original, unworn condition with tags still attached. Chloe Layla & Co is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred through a return or exchange.
SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately there are no exchanges or returns on sale items.
FAULTS/FLAWS
If you are not happy with the quality of your purchase, please contact us at admin@chloelayla.com.au and we will arrange a refund with the return of the item/s at your expense. In the event of an item being faulty beyond repair, we will offer a full refund for the item. Faulty items must be reported within 5 calendar days of item receipt to be eligible for return or refund. Under no circumstances will we accept returns on items after this period has lapsed. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item does not meet our return policy requirements. Chloe Layla & Co is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred through a return.
